We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

  • You provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

Certain products — such as intimate apparel, swimwear, beauty products, or customized items — are non-returnable for hygiene or personalization reasons.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Support@petalandplum.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and the return address.

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of non-tracked returns.

  • Returned items must be sent back within 7 days of approval to remain eligible for a refund.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, then contact us for assistance.


4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue at musabakada@gmail.com.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Provide your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review and resolve your case as quickly as possible.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Intimate wear, lingerie, swimwear, or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized items


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing time can vary.
