If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We will do our best to help resolve the issue but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen shipments.


8. Damaged Items in Transit

We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
